New Beginnings for Summer 2015!

Congratulations to Les and Connie who closed on their new home today! 🙂

 
It’s been a blessing working for and getting to know you both! I am honored to have the privilege of being your Realtor. It’s been a great journey working together. They say the best things in life take time, and finding your dream home is just a testament of that.

When we first met, Les was already pre qualified with a very reputable VA Home Mortage Company. They offered him a great rate that beat out it’s competitors. After going through their criteria we then started looking for homes.  We eventually found perfect home!

They loved the house so much we came back for a second look. After some serious thinking, they decided to write an offer. Our offer was accepted $15,000 below list price and we proceeded into a 60 Escrow! 🙂
 
45 days into the Escrow the reputable VA Home Mortgage Company complicated things and jeopardized our loan.. The loan processor wouldn’t  disclose any issues,  if he did, we could of work together as a team and problem solve.  Not taking NO for an answer, we transferred our business to  Tyler Arnaiz of Prospect Mortage. 
 
He fought for us and made sure the underwriters would see how much of a strong borrower we were. Thank you Tyler for being a rockstar and fighting for us! It’s something special when you have a loan officer who is knowledgable, works hard, is honest, and is willing to go the extra mile for your clients. 
 
A couple weeks after the transfer, we closed on their home which appraised for $30,000 above purchase price.

When making a purchase as big as buying a home, we know how important trust and communication is, especially when being an out of state buyer. After numerous calls, emails and Docusign, we were able to reach the end goal! 🙂

There are a lot of factors to consider when moving from out of State, and most people start their research online. Eddie decided to make the move a couple years back and started with a lot of research online about the Metro Phoenix. In February, he found our Trulia Profile, read our reviews and decided to check out our website. We’ve been working hand-in hand to reach his goals ever since.

From New Jersey to Arizona!

A Special Congratulations to James and Sarah of New Jersey on the purchase of their new home in Arizona! Thank you for trusting Camile and I in handling  the purchase of your home, via video call, chat, text and email. Communication is so important in every transaction, and the best agents don’t battle each other but work together to reach everyone’s goal.

James and Sarah were out of state buyers who were eminent on buying a property in Arizona. After previously working with another Realtor who lacked communication skills, James and Sarah stumbled upon our website. 
 
After talking to James for a few times, we reassured him that when working with C&C Real Estate Group, you will always have more than one point of contact. After sending a few listings and shooting a few Videos, James and Sarah fell in love with a home with a jaw-dropping backyard! A backyard so fabulous it would entice anyone to move from the cold northern US to Arizona.
