My clients were able to out-bid several other offers and are now the new owners of this great ranch home. The 1 plus acre lot has incredible mountain views and undisturbed views of the stars at night. 

After viewing a few homes in the Surprise-Witteman area, we found their home and made an offer Day 1 on the market. After the offer was made and accepted, we entered into our inspection period. During the inspection period, everything went well except for the fact the house started to smoke when we turned the heater on! Oh no!

We solicited an independent HVAC contractor to get to the bottom of the awful smell. And low and behold, we found this little guy jammed in between the heat strips! (Poor Fella)

 

 

Moral of the story! ALWAYS, ALWAYS get a home inspection even if you are handy, or decide to take the property in an “AS IS” condition. Congratulations again to the Hagan-Paul Family! I hope your home is filled with love, joy and new memories, are you were a blessing to work for.
